By accessing or using the MBM Group Internal Application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

This App is intended solely for authorized personnel of MBM Group.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCESS

• The App is restricted to employees, staff, and authorized users of MBM Group.
• Access credentials are provided internally and must not be shared.
• Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.

3. PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION

The App is designed to:

• Provide access to internal organizational data
• Display reports and operational information
• Support internal business processes

The App is not intended for public use or commercial resale.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree to:

• Use the App only for legitimate business purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Not attempt to:
• Access unauthorized data
• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Disrupt or interfere with system operations

Any misuse may result in disciplinary action and/or legal consequences.

5. DATA AND CONTENT

• All data displayed in the App is confidential and proprietary to MBM Group.
• Users must not copy, distribute, or disclose information without authorization.
• The App is primarily view-only, and users are not permitted to alter data unless explicitly allowed.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, including:

• Software
• Design
• Content
• Logos and trademarks

are owned by MBM Group or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

7. SECURITY

Users must:

• Follow internal security policies
• Immediately report any suspicious activity or security breach

MBM Group reserves the right to:

• Monitor usage
• Suspend access if security risks are identified

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• MBM Group shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data inaccuracies or temporary system unavailability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” for internal use.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

• The App may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance or upgrades.

10. TERMINATION

MBM Group may:

• Suspend or terminate access at any time
• Revoke access upon termination of employment or authorization

11. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Users must comply with:

• All applicable laws and regulations
• Internal company policies and guidelines

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

If the App integrates third-party services:

• Their use is subject to their respective terms
• MBM Group is not responsible for third-party service issues

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

MBM Group reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW
